   If you are interested in receiving more information about our school, you may call our office or stop by. We also welcome families to make an appointment to come and visit our teachers and classrooms.
MVCA Enrollment Procedure
   To begin the enrollment process, call and request an application form, or stop by our office to pick one up. Complete the form and return it to our office with the registration fees (see chart below).
   After your application has been reviewed, you will receive a registration form in the mail. Complete the registration form and return it to our office.
   Parents of kindergarten through 8th grade applicants will be asked to make an appointment for student testing, to determine class placement.
   Parents of kindergarten through 12th grade applicants will be asked to make an appointment for an interview with the administrator.
   After the interview and testing are completed, you will receive an acceptance letter.

Tuition Discounts: There is a 2% discount on total tuition if paid in full by August 15, 2009.
There is a multiple child discount for families with more than one child enrolling. The first (oldest) child pays 100%, the second child receives a 5% discount, and the third child receives a 10% discount.
Volunteer Support: We value your active participation in MVCA. Beginning with the 2009-2010 school year, families are to contribute 20 hours of volunteer time annually, with five of those hours toward fund-raising for the school. An alternative to volunteer support is $500 annually per family, or $25 per hour if the 20 hours are incomplete.
